Pee Wee's Big Adventure This movie is hilarious! It's about a nerdy guy who's favorite bike is stolen. He travels everywhere looking for it, even the Alamo, and finally finds it. I recomend this movie because it's a very clean and funny movie.

As much as I like a good comedy, "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" is not quite my favorite. I own quite a few movies, but I can't say that one is in my collection. As I mentioned in another post, I would say that "We Were Soldiers" ranks as one of my all time favorite movies. It is not your typical war film. Although, you do have a lot of battle scenes, it goes more into the emotions in war. It also shows the difficulties that the families go through as well. It is based on a true story about the very beginnng of the Vietnam war, but it does not give any political views concerning the war. I highly recomend this one, but just be aware, it has a US-R rating for violence and language. If you get the DVD for this movie, make sure that you watch the extras. There is a deleted scene that takes place in a church in which the actual people that the movie is based on are extras in the scene. Make sure that you listen to the director's commentary for that scene.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure is definatly not my favorite comedy movie, but I still like it. I haven't seen all of We Were Soldiers, but I have seen some of it. It's really good. I love this movie. It's about a man who is trying to escape the past, but is hunted down by an old Civil War enemy. He has to survive the elements of nature while running from a man who's family was killed in the war. I recomend this movie, but it is rated R for violence and language.

This movie is animated, but Titan A.E. is a good movie. It's about how aliens destroy earth and how this boy (about 20 yrs old) has to find the Titan which his dad hid in the galaxy to create a new earth for the humans to live in.

This comedy beats Pee Wee by a long shot. This movie is hilarious! It's about a white guy who grew up thinking he was black. After he learns that he was dropped off at a black family's doorstep, he leaves home to find a new life. He ends up making millions of dollars, but loses it all after being sued because his product caused people to go cross-eyed. This movie shows Steve Martin at his best, and I totally recommend it, but it is rated R.

Another one of my all time favorite movies is a bit off the wall. "In the colorful future, a cab driver unwittingly becomes the central figure in the search for a legendary cosmic weapon to keep Evil and Mr Zorg at bay." - IMDb.com I tend to gravitate towards well written movies that are either really deep in thought or are based in a technically advanced future. I love to find one that has both atributes.

You can't beat this one. It began with one movie, but through the creativity of the very talented writers, they were able to make three movies that were able to work into each other movie's story creating one huge story. In 1985 (yes I'm old) I was able to come into contact with the actual Delorean that was used in the movie. I would love to, at least, have a replica of that car.

Here's one of my favorite war movies. It's about a soldier (Nicolas Cage) who is chosen to protect another soldier who knows a secret code that must not fall into enemy hands. He must protect him at all costs, or kill him if captured. This is a great movie about a soldier who has to choose between friendship, or following orders.

As you all know by my avatar, my quote, and my former alliance, I am a HUGE Lord of the Rings fan. The fellowship of the Ring is my favorite movie of the 3. It's about a hobbit who inherits a powerful ring that he must destroy in order to save Middle Earth. Along with some help (the fellowship), he embarks on a quest to Mount Doom to throw the ring in the fire, but the fellowship is split up at Amon Hen, and Frodo and Sam must make the journey by themselves.
